About these terms

These terms govern use of the Velvora website, its information, age gate, private application and linked contact channels. Velvora operates from Poland. By accessing the adult section of the site or submitting an application, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

These are website terms only. They do not create a management, agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary or exclusive relationship. A commercial relationship begins only when the identified contracting entity and the model sign a separate written management agreement.

Adult eligibility

The website and application are only for adults aged 18 or older. You must also satisfy any higher age requirement that applies in your country. Selecting “Yes” in the age gate is your declaration that you meet that requirement; it is not formal verification.

No real name or identity verification is required to ask a first question. Before account management or content-related work begins, Velvora may require secure proof of age and identity, platform eligibility and authority over the relevant account. We may refuse or stop an application where age, consent, identity or account ownership cannot be responsibly confirmed.

Private applications

You may apply under an alias. You must provide a reply channel that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use, and the information you submit must be accurate enough for us to assess and respond. Applications are delivered to a private Velvora Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API.

Submitting a form, receiving a reply, attending a call or receiving a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. Velvora may decline an application for capacity, fit, safety, compliance, platform-risk or legitimate business reasons. We are not required to disclose confidential scoring, security controls or internal decision methods.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse the site and use its contact functions for genuine, lawful evaluation of Velvora’s services. You must not interfere with the site, bypass the age gate through technical manipulation, probe security, submit malware, scrape at scale, impersonate another person or use someone else’s contact or account without authority.

• No content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor.
• No coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate material or exploitation.
• No stolen credentials, unlawful access, fraud, threats, stalking or doxxing.
• No submission of content that you do not own or have permission to share.
• No use of the site to arrange unlawful services or evade platform rules.

Services and commercial statements

The website describes Velvora’s general model: selective, end-to-end OnlyFans management, currently presented on a 60% model and 40% management commission basis. Scope, calculation, taxes, expenses, payment timing, account access, approvals, term and exit rights are governed only by the signed management agreement.

Website wording, intake estimates and response-time statements describe operating goals, not unconditional guarantees. Service availability depends on capacity, safety, cooperation, platform access and circumstances outside Velvora’s reasonable control.

Earnings and results

No revenue, growth rate, subscriber count or timeline is guaranteed. Examples and percentages are illustrative or based on internal historical account information and may not reflect a future model’s result. Performance depends on factors including positioning, content quality and consistency, audience, pricing, geography, platform decisions, competition and market conditions.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or mental-health advice. Models remain responsible for obtaining independent advice appropriate to their residence, tax status and activities, even where the contracted service includes operational accounting support.

Ownership and submitted material

Velvora’s wordmark, site design, original copy, graphics and code are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal evaluation, but may not copy the site as a competing service, remove notices, resell content, or use Velvora branding without written permission.

You retain rights in material you submit. By submitting it, you give Velvora a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, review and use it only to answer, assess the application, prepare requested next steps, maintain security and comply with law. Do not send explicit media, passwords or identity documents through the public form.

Third-party services

Telegram, email clients, OnlyFans and other linked platforms are separate services with their own terms, privacy practices and technical availability. A link does not mean Velvora controls or endorses every aspect of that service. You are responsible for reviewing the rules that apply to your account and location.

The website may be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider failure or events beyond reasonable control. We may change or discontinue website content and contact methods, but changes do not rewrite a signed management agreement unless that agreement permits them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud or harm for which exclusion is prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvora is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, external services, interrupted availability or unauthorised third-party conduct beyond its reasonable control.

Any responsibility connected with actual management services is governed by the signed agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected where they apply.

Law, disputes and changes

These website terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot be waived. Before formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact hello@velvora.pl so the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved in good faith.

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
