Short version

Velvora does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, analytics pixels, session replay or behavioural profiling. The site uses a first-party cookie and a matching local-storage backup to remember the visitor’s 18+ age-gate choice, plus technical hosting and security processing needed to deliver and protect the website.

Because no optional tracking is active, the site does not show a consent banner offering unnecessary choices. If non-essential storage is introduced, it will remain disabled until a valid choice is obtained where Polish or EU law requires consent.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files that a website or service may place on a browser. Local storage is a related browser feature that can retain a simple value on the device. Similar technologies may read or write information to provide functionality, security, measurement or advertising.

Polish Electronic Communications Law, including Article 399, generally requires clear information and consent before information is stored on or read from a user’s device, subject to exceptions for storage strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service expressly requested by the user.

The storage Velvora uses

After the visitor selects whether they are 18 or older, the website stores the first-party cookie “velvora_age_access” and the matching local-storage key “velvora-age-access”. Their value is “allowed” or “denied”. The cookie allows the server to apply the decision before rendering the page, while local storage provides compatibility on the same browser. Together they prevent the age gate from flashing or repeatedly appearing during ordinary navigation.

These items do not contain a name, contact detail, date of birth or identity-document data. The cookie lasts for up to 12 months; local storage remains until the visitor clears site data. Velvora treats both as necessary to provide the requested adult-only website experience and does not use them for analytics, advertising or profiling.

Hosting, security and logs

The hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser type, response code and abuse signals. Those records support delivery, availability, debugging and protection against automated or malicious traffic.

Technical logs are not the same as cookies placed by Velvora in the browser. They are access-controlled and retained according to operational security needs and provider settings. Velvora does not use them to build advertising profiles.

Application and contact services

Submitting the application sends the entered data to Velvora’s server and then to a private Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. That transmission does not use the age-gate local-storage value. Telegram may use its own cookies, account identifiers or device data under its own policies when you visit Telegram or use its app.

Clicking an email link opens the email service configured on your device. That provider may process account and device information independently. Review the provider’s cookie and privacy information if you need details about its technology.

Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and local storage through browser settings. Clearing Velvora’s site data will cause the age gate to appear again. Blocking all browser storage may prevent the website from remembering the access decision but should not be used to bypass the adult-only requirement.

Browser controls vary by product and device. Look for settings labelled privacy, site data, cookies or local storage. Changes made in one browser do not automatically apply to another browser or device.

Future optional technology

Before introducing analytics, advertising, embedded social tracking or another non-essential technology, Velvora will update this policy to identify the provider, data, purpose, duration, legal basis and any international transfer. Where consent is required, the technology will not load before consent and refusal will be as easy as acceptance.

Withdrawing consent will not affect earlier lawful processing. Essential security and service storage may continue where legally permitted and technically necessary.
